These Terms of Service govern your use of the Billionaire Barbershop website at billionairebarber.shop and your interactions with our barbershop services. By visiting our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
Billionaire Barbershop is a professional barbershop located at 4711 W Ocotillo Rd, Glendale, AZ 85301. We provide haircuts, beard services, and related grooming services to clients of all ages.
Walk-In Service: Walk-in clients are served on a first-come, first-served basis subject to barber availability. Walk-in availability cannot be guaranteed, particularly during peak hours. We recommend calling ahead to check current wait times.
Appointment Booking:Online appointments are available for select barbers through Fresha, our third-party booking platform. Booking an appointment online is subject to Fresha's terms and conditions in addition to those listed here. Appointment availability is shown in real time and is not guaranteed until a confirmation is received.
We reserve the right to decline service to anyone for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to disruptive behavior, health and safety concerns, or violation of our shop policies.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed on our website and Fresha booking page at the time of your appointment are the prices that apply to your service. Tips are not included in listed prices and are at your discretion. We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Appointments booked through Fresha are binding reservations. By booking, you are committing to appear at the scheduled date and time.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 2 hours of notice before your appointment time. Cancellations can be made through the Fresha app, by phone at (623) 633-2122, or by email at joel.dabarber11@gmail.com.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate late arrivals when barber schedules allow.
A no-show occurs when a client does not appear for a scheduled appointment and does not cancel in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in:
We understand that emergencies happen. If you missed an appointment due to an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us and we will work with you. We ask only that you communicate — our barbers reserve that time specifically for you.
